അങ്ങനെ ജാലവിദ്യക്കാര് വന്നെത്തിയപ്പോള് ഫിര്ഔനോട് അവര് ചോദിച്ചു: ഞങ്ങളാണ് വിജയികളാകുന്നതെങ്കില് തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് പ്രതിഫലമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുമോ?(41)
(41) فَلَمَّا جَاءَ السَّحَرَةُ قَالُوا لِفِرْعَوْنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لَأَجْرًا إِنْ كُنَّا نَحْنُ الْغَالِبِينَ
So when the sorcerers arrived, they said to Fir'aun (Pharaoh): "Will there surely be a reward for us if we are the winners?"(41)
