പക്ഷെ നാം (പിന്നീട്) പല തലമുറകളെയും വളര്ത്തിയെടുത്തു. അങ്ങനെ അവരിലൂടെ യുഗങ്ങള് ദീര്ഘിച്ചു. മദ്യങ്കാര്ക്ക് നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങള് ഓതികേള്പിച്ചു കൊടുത്തു കൊണ്ട് നീ അവര്ക്കിടയില് താമസിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല.പക്ഷെ നാം ദൂതന്മാരെ നിയോഗിക്കുന്നവനായിരിക്കുന്നു.(45)
(45) وَلَٰكِنَّا أَنْشَأْنَا قُرُونًا فَتَطَاوَلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعُمُرُ ۚ وَمَا كُنْتَ ثَاوِيًا فِي أَهْلِ مَدْيَنَ تَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِنَا وَلَٰكِنَّا كُنَّا مُرْسِلِينَ
But We created generations [after generations i.e. after Musa (Moses)], and long were the ages that passed over them. And you (O Muhammad SAW) were not a dweller among the people of Madyan (Midian), reciting Our Verses to them. But it is We Who kept sending (Messengers).(45)
